Each warehouse includes 22-foot eave heights for vertical storage, 6-inch reinforced concrete floors for durability, and multiple access points such as three 9x12 roll-up doors, two 9x14 roll-up doors, one 18x14 roll-up door, and three walk-in doors, allowing flexible configurations and easy access.

Tenants have access to rentable equipment, including five 5,000-pound forklifts, one 8,000-pound forklift, a 17.5-ton crane, 45-foot and 55-foot man-lifts, conveyor systems, and a certified 100-foot truck scale for efficient and accurate handling of goods.
